Our Returns policy
We offer refund of purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns. Postage and handling costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in good order within 14 days before a refund will be given.
In case of a return, please contact us (within a maximum of 7 days). Note your order number and which items you wish to return.
Once we are notified regarding a return request, we will advise the address for items to be sent back to (at your cost).
Rules of returns
Item(s) need to be returned:
- within 14 days of purchase
- unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
- in the original packaging which must be in the original condition
When items are received in the condition stated above, a refund will be processed.
If an item is faulty
If you find a fault with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. Our team will guide you through the process to either get the item exchanged or refunded.
